Samuel Cooze was born and raised in East Tennessee. He is majoring in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Sociology. His interest in organic production stems from learning about the negative ramifications of modern conventional agriculture. His career aspiration is to promote sustainability in either education or public policy. Until then, he will continue working on his future goals and interests, and enjoying what life has to offer.
