Elizabeth Stanford was born and raised in East Tennessee. Beth plans to use her degree in Food and Agricultural Business to help farmers adapt to a changing market and to eventually have a small farm of her own. She is currently the UTFM 2016 Manager. Her passions include chickens, sunhats, and spreadsheets. |
